The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects to the unit and allows for the repair or replacement of defective components at the manufacturer’s or its agent’s discretion.
The warranty of the machine is reduced from five years to three years for customers using the pyrography machine for professional purposes – including demonstration and educational practices.
If you purchased a splitter and pen the warranty for the pen is one year.
The guarantee does not cover against damage caused by improper usage or negligence.
Please note, only use the nickel chrome wire or points supplied with the machine.
Replacement wire and points are available from your stockist. Substitute materials will burn out the transformer and invalidate your warranty. Any attempt to repair the machine yourself could also invalidate your guarantee.
